We finally had a chance to first sail on board Silverfin, the latest Turbocraft model and our first production motorboat on a perfect summer day. We must admit with some pride that this boat rocks!!!
The boat is exceeding the design speed at unbelievably low fuel consumption, and proved to be an extremely seaworthy boat.
We also have sailed her in 2 to 3m choppy waves and managed to easily handle top speed of 20kts and more during long surfs downwind. The fine entry cuts the waves as a knife and her high bow freeboard ensures a very smooth passage in the waves. We really enjoyed those sea trials and are very much looking forward the Dusseldorf show as Silverfin has just been nominated for the European Motor-Boat of the year 2021.
